Mandala chart training
The so-called training method of mandala is to look closely at the mandala map, memorise the shape and colour of each mandala, and then reproduce it in memory. This activates the right side of the brain.
If you look at a mandala map for 10 seconds and then close your eyes, you will be able to visualise the colours and shapes of the mandala very vividly, demonstrating that your right brain has been activated. If you continue to do this exercise, you will naturally develop your right brain imagination.
The following is the specific operation method of the mandala diagram exercise:
(1) Keep your eyes on the Mandala chart.
(2) Look for 5 seconds and then close your eyes for 5 seconds. At the same time, suggest yourself to keep the image in front of your eyes as long as possible while closing your eyes. When you open your eyes, look at the black and white mandala image on the back of the image and recall its color.
(3) The key to training is to keep it going for at least three months.
