In order to achieve this state of left-right brain development, we can usually do more of these things:

1. Your brain loves color. Use high quality colored pens or paper. Colors help you remember.

2. Your brain can only concentrate for 25 minutes at most. This is for adults, so after 20 to 30 minutes of study you should take a 10-minute break. You can use this time to do some exercise and come back to study in 10 minutes.

The brain needs rest in order to learn fast and remember well. If you're tired, take a 20-minute nap before continuing.

4. The brain and body have their own rhythmic cycles. There are a few periods in the day when your brain is most alert. If you can study when your brain is most active, you will save a lot of time and get good results.

A brain is like an engine; it needs fuel. The brain is a precious and complex machine, so you have to give it "good fuel". Junk food, poor quality food, all chemicals and preservatives do not only harm the body but also the mind. According to a new British study, what you eat affects your IQ.

The brain is an ocean of electrochemical activity. Electricity and chemicals flow better in water, and if you're dehydrated, you can't concentrate. Experts suggest drinking more water in your daily life to keep your body hydrated, and it is better not to drink the same beverage throughout the day, but to exchange mineral water, juice and coffee. In addition, research has shown that frequent headaches are associated with dehydration.

7. The brain loves questions. When you ask a question while studying or reading a book, your brain automatically searches for the answer, which improves your learning efficiency. From this perspective, a good question is better than an answer.

8. Smell affects the brain. Spices have some effect on keeping the mind clear. Mint, lemon and cinnamon are all worth a try.

The brain needs oxygen. Get outdoors more often and get some exercise.

10. Your brain needs space. Try to study in a spacious area. It's good for your brain.

11. Your brain likes a clean space. Recent research shows that children who grow up in a clean, organized home perform better academically. Why? Because when you're trained to organize your external environment, your brain learns skills that are known inside the organization, and your memory is better.

12. The brain and body communicate often. If your body is lazy, your brain will think that what you are doing is not important, and your brain will not value what you are doing. So, while studying, you should sit up straight and lean forward a little to keep your mind alert.

Your brain doesn't know what you can't do, so it needs you to tell it. Talk to your brain in soliloquy, but instead of providing negative information, replace it with positive words.

The brain is like a muscle. The brain can be trained and strengthened at any age. Make no mistake, don't look for any excuses. Don't stay at home all day doing nothing, it will only speed up the aging of the brain. Professional athletes need to train every day to excel. So make sure you're "looking for trouble" and don't let your mind sit idle.

The brain needs repetition. The shorter the interval between each review, the better the memory, because looking at the same thing more than once strengthens the impression, but it's easy to forget.

Stress affects memory. When you're stressed, your body produces cortisol, which kills brain cells in the hippocampus, a bulge in the wall of the lateral ventricle of the brain that plays a major role in processing long-term and short-term memory. Therefore, stress affects memory. The best way is to exercise.

The brain needs exercise. Standing is more efficient.

18. Your brain understands faster than you can read. Use a pencil or finger to help with reading? No, with your eyes. Using this method requires your eyes to move faster.

19. The brain categorizes and connects. If you're learning something, ask yourself: What does it remind me of? Doing so will help you remember, because your brain will be able to connect what you already know with new knowledge.

20. The brain likes to make jokes. Happiness and learning efficiency is in direct proportion, the better the mood, the more knowledge you learn, so, let yourself happy up!
